They say it’s a 30 day Warrenty and it’s not!!!!!! I literally called before my Warrenty was up and was asked to pay another 75 bucks!!!!! Please do not use this company. We still Experienced the problem and they were not willing to accommodate. Please just use another company.
Pros: Thomas went out of his way to come to our home inspection and penciled us in at the last minute. He completed the interior inspection (on a Thursday) so our realtor wouldn't have to drive back out. He stated he would come back the following day (Friday) to complete the exterior. Cons: He did not go the following day to complete the exterior. He stated he was busy and would go Saturday. I told him it was okay, we just needed the report before Monday.
