Went in today and the lady at the counter never even looked up from her cellphone. She never said a word to me. I stood there for a couple minutes and then walked out. If you can't even look up from the phone, then I don't need to do business with you.Ā
This is by far the worst place to do business with. They charge $1500 to supposedly inspect and fix any problems they find on the camper you pick out. I just purchased a really nice fifth wheel that they checked out for me. They say that if the battery test less that 95% then they replace it. they also say that they fill the gas tanks up too. STAY AWAY! Youāve been warned! My experience with this dealer has been horrible! I purchased a used campervan from them back in early November. It took three weeks for them to complete the agreed on repairs and probably 30 phone calls. Most of my calls were NEVER RETURNED by Chris in service. I even made a trip to pick up the van as I was told it would be ready, and it was NOT ready. That was a waited 120 mile trip.Ā Now, I have an expired tag since it was NEVER PROCESSED! I had a great experience with their service department. They did what they said they would do for the price quoted. They even went out of their way to fix a small problem that came up. A special shoutout to Gene for being very professional.Ā
In Feb 2024 I gave a glowing review for this dealership. Since then I can not say 1 good thing about them. It's all good till your out the door. Buyers beware!!! So many problems not addressed. They do not return your calls, 6 months later and the people we dealt with are all gone. Big turnover. 6 Months later and still waiting on my registration for the camper. Can't get a straight answer from anyone. If I could give this place no stars I would!! Find somewhere else to buy from!! Laurie DĀ
We had an exceptional experience with the whole staff at Ocala Campers Inn ā¦.our salesman Frank was such a pleasure and helped us decide with honesty and friendliness. Very personable and answered our questions with great knowledge and patience. And Juan in sales dept. what a great person! Christian also! We've had our camper there for warranty work,they have had our camper for 1 month and 3 days, nothing at all has been done to the camper,we are picking it up and taking it somewhere else to have the work done,very sketchy service manager and service department, would not recommend taking anything there for warranty work, they will keep telling you lies and nothing ever gets done, customers beware of this sub par companyĀ
The salesperson name Paul. He was so great to us. He told us everything true. he saved us almost one hundred thousand dollars. he was very honest with us. He told us to go to another RV place that they have RV in that color what we are looking for. He was great. I wish every salesperson would behave like him. Thanks PaulĀ
