We had a fantastic experience renting from RV Phoenix LLC for our 4th of July trip to Woods Canyon Lake. We rented the 24BHS North Trail trailer and it was absolutely perfect for our family. Trying to process the rental paperwork was a hassle. Was provided the RV unit info by them and still had to get my insurance to correct the documents 3 times because i was given wrong info. When returning the unit, their app they use to do the dropoff glitch's forcing restarts and going through process over and over 6 times before it errored out. Then the worst part is they tried to charge me for damage that was present prior to pickup. Went through many avenues to provide them video and picture proof with time/date stamps f... read more
