Had a family event . With such a large group we needed to budget very carefully . At first glance this was a great route for what we were looking for . But I guess it’s true you can’t judge a book by its cover because we ended up paying 5x what was advertised . Once I realized I had been wrongly informed I requested a refund which I never got . 1600 down the drain .
This place took advantage of my daughter. What was supposed to be under $400 for a weekend, turned into $1400. Fine print they say.
The website is not clear. Keep a calculator with you when booking and making your selections which arent even options as most of it is somewhat of a necessity and the whole Point of renting a trailer. They advertise 395 for a weekend plus a 95 dollar cleaning fee. Got an invoice for more than 1500. They don’t care. Bunch of crooks.
Great experience and Casey and team were very accommodating. They fulfilled a last minute reservation right before close, and clearly explained all of the RV functions. Check in and check out were quick and easy and I look forward to renting from them again.
