Had a great experience for first time renters.
Made a reservation request online in March, tried calling MULTIPLE TIMES to get updates on the status and left several voicemails. I didn't hear back until the end of APRIL with a single email confirming my reservation with an attached invoice for the WRONG trailer. Tried to cancel, no option to do so. Received a phone call 3 days before my original reservation date and told them I no longer needed a rental. They told me I still need to pay the invoice WITH the cancellation fee, upwards of $2k.
