Casey was fantastic and communicated well. Looking forward to using their services again next year.
I originally left a 5-star rating shortly after returning the RV, but I am revising it to 3 stars after receiving and reviewing the final charges. On the positive side, the RV was essentially brand new, with only about 2,000 miles at pickup, and was in very good condition. Casey handled our pickup and was attentive and did a good job explaining the RV and its features. My concern is with the rental and final billing process.
