I received an RV air condition that was damaged, the box was covered in oil upon receiving. The only way to communicate with this company is via email. I immediately emailed them and told them.they said they would send shipping label to have item shipped back. That was on Wednesday May 5 th. Terrible customer service. Unreasonable restocking fee.
Mobile rv service ordered new motor for my awning and I paid for it in full. when part arrived--wrong motor/mobile rv service man--finally got through to someone at rv parts country who said if I wanted a refund to return it, which i did and it was received at their company who received it back on 7/20/2020 and received by Deaton. As of 8/25/2020 no money back, last i heard was need 3-5 days to investigate refund. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!
They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.The item I ordered arrived damaged, I took out the shipping insurance to cover this. As of today I am sitting on day 40 and still trying to get a refund. They do not answer the phone and took over 5 days to answer the 1st email.
