My husband and I purchased our first ever camper(Jayco Jay Flight) at RV World(Ringgold VA)!! Vic was the salesman that helped us, he is great to work with! When we left we went straight to a local campground near our home for the weekend. The jack broke as we were trying to unhitch from truck, we called RV World, a Service person( think his name was BJ) came within the hour(we are about an hour away)to fix it for us!!
