I used Erik for a pre-purchase inspection for a used travel trailer. I made the appointment with him earlier in the week, and he was able to meet me on a Saturday, it was greatly appreciated! I've been camping for a long time, and was amazed at how much he taught me and the level of inspection he provided. There was not a spot left to inspect on the camper, from the roof to the axles, nose to tail, and he also took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend his services.
I spoke to them once on the phone and left numerous messages over a year period inquiring about repair to my Truma heater. They never returned my calls. Highly unprofessional. I don't understand how they have good reviews. My experience has been less than desirable. I will be contacting Truma to tell them about my experience with a recommendation to have these folks removed from Truma's list of qualified repair reps.
