Parts department had what I needed. Price was a bit high but staff was friendly and helpful.
This is a SERVICE oriented shop! They bent over backwards with our trade on a new rv and every single person we dealt with was incredible!
Poor parts counter and personal had to wait for employe 10 minutes (He was in the bathroom) when he addressed me he never looked at me and didn't care to looked at the part I need and refer to order part from Amazon it was a simple cover for outside Fram ground cover that's on most travel trailer
If I owned this company I would fire the entire finance team and Stacy the GM. I applied with poor credit and offering a very large deposit, and well over 100k in the bank. They refused to respond to my application after applying even after I reached out multiple times. Idiots i would have purchased and just paid cash!
They don’t care if they sell you a lemon ! Warranty bought but the warranty company won’t help , blue compass blames you and the GM will call you a liar ! 80-100 driven and the transmission goes , yet it’s my fault because they sold me an rv with not transmission fluid ! Bullshit !
