won't ever buy another rv from them. over 5 weeks before they will look at a brand new air conditioner and heater that does not work
Purchased a very expensive new Air Stream, it came from the factory with issues, but getting RV ONE to work on warranty issues is horrible. Air Stream is just as difficult. RV One doesn't understand how to fix, they had it for 2 weeks in January and it wasn't fixed, then getting a new appt was months out, they have it again and trying to get a return phone call from them, or communication is like pulling teeth, they have had it already 5 days longer than they should have, once they have your money, we feel like they could ... read more
