At first, I thought this company and the repair tech Robert were great, but then he ghosted us! Initially, we hired him to determine why we couldn't run anything electrical while using the AC in our RV. He came over to check it out and determined the condenser was on the way out and as a result it was pulling too many amps and tripping the breaker. After learning the tight spot we're in financially at this moment, he offered to only charge us for the cost of the AC unit and not the installation. We were very grateful for thi... read more
