Fantastic service department~ Cat, David and Trent were eager to help out a fellow local musician. I was referred to RV Kountry from someone else to get the water pipes fixed on my old van. They're old (from 1996) so there was a lot to be done. I was greeted by Cat, the service writer and David who looked it over. Buyer beware,,,I bought a RV from them and drove 32 miles and the motor blew up. They wont even return my calls. They stole electronics from the coach and never did any of the repairs promised me. Do a criminal background check on the salesmen and owner before you buy. Wish I had done my homework before they ripped me off
