I bought an old hybrid trailer that needed roof repairs, so I Googled "RV Repair Shops Near Me." There were dozens to choose from and some I recognized (mostly dealers) but the one that caught my attention was RV Integrity. TRUST....EXPERTISE....INTEGRITY.....That's what I look for when I search out any type of service company. My wife and I live in AZ and were considering buying a new 5th wheel up near Boise. Before we made the 2 day/1,000 mile trek up there to buy it, I searched for companies that did pre-purchase inspections and RV Integrity had the best online ratings (mostly 5 stars) in that area. We recently took our 40ft diesel pusher Motorhome to RV Integrity to have the fresh water tank replaced. Vincent diagnosed the problem correctly and gave us an estimate for the parts and labor. He notified us when the parts arrived and we took the Motorhome back to him. It only took 2 days to complete the job. He secured the tank better than the factory did so we shouldn’t have that problem again. Our overall experience was excellent. They are honest and really have INTEGRITY!!! I contacted Integrity RV repair to seek information on my motorhome. I spoke with Jeff and he gave me some ideas to look at to correct a minor electrical problem. He was great to work with and he was very upfront when I questioned him. I asked Jeff also about getting my RV in the next morning for coach battery replacement and he said we open at 8:00AM.
