Just back from a great trip to EAA AirVenture at Oshkosh in one of RV Great Lakes RVs. They were very helpful answering questions before booking and this continued right through. We chose the full airport service from Chicago and the RV was dropped off on time and was immaculately presented. A thorough but speedy handover made sure we knew how everything worked and having everything you needed included in the rental was a stand out benefit over all the other companies. I hadn’t driven a ‘big rig’ before and very much appreciated the instruction they gave. Driving was a breeze! I loved it!! The whole experience was positive. My family thoroughly enjoyed camping even though we are quite the novices. We LOVED that our cat could enjoy with us. Highly recommend.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with RV Great Lakes. They are the one stop shop for you trip, which made mine so much more enjoyable. The RV is already stocked with everything you need and more. Also, the owners, Carolina and Eric are some of nicest, grounded, and helpful people I’ve met. It’s no wonder this experience went so well with the RV because the they take care of their vehicles and renters so well.
THEY COVER ALL THE BASES! I don't think I clean my house as well as these RV's are cleaned and I'm OCD about sanitary! Everything was clean fresh, and the welcome gift bag had every anyone could have asked for! It had chocolate...CHOCOLATE! ❤️
