We just purchased and brought home a Coachman Freedom Express 320BHDS Travel trailer. It was a positive purchasing experience with our salesman ****** C. ****** was very genuine, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He followed up when needed and his honesty sold us this travel trailer. He took time with us, and was patient answering our questions. It was a pleasure working with him. Van ****** was our sales person, and he was really understanding and accommodating for what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to get us a really good deal on a great trailer that specifically met our needs. The other Four Seasons staff in Wheat Ridge helped out as well. So, I would highly recommend this dealer for an RV, and Van ****** as the sales person to go to.
VERY BAD SERVICE!! I purchased a 2016 NEW RV from 4 Seasons and would NOT recommend having any service done with them!! The sales person was an idiot but got a fair deal when I worked direct with the GM but nothing good after that. Delays and lies are all that come from the service department.
I have been watching RV Four Seasons turn my parents world upside down. My parents purchased a trailer from them 3 months ago and have had nothing but problems starting with never actually seeing a check off list of things to be looked over before selling. After delivery they quickly learned that a slide was not working properly and other things of which can be listed.
