The 100 Day guarantee is a scam. I called a week after I got my mattress as it was uncomfortable to the point that it hurt my back and my husbands. I called and after the man gaslit me on the phone and told me that I “have a medical condition” as a reason this mattress isn’t comfortable. He also spoke over me so much that I could not get a word in edge wise and had to yell into the phone in order to make him listen.
