Tried calling multiple times but their phones are down. Tried finding their building but I don't think this place exists anymore. Bummer. They should let the people know they closed.
While travelling across the country, we were fortunate to find RV Direction when we discovered a propane leak in our rig Cheryl was professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly. Technicians Al and Chuly came on site the same afternoon as our call, and their expertise allowed them to immediately diagnose the problem, and ordered the part on a Friday afternoon. I thoroughly enjoyed working with RV Direction. I am purchasing a Class A motorhome and used their RV inspection service. From the beginning, Cheryl was very helpful with helping me to understand all of the details that go into their inspection process. Then Al showed up on time and was very thorough in his process. Lastly, Al took the time to review everything with me over the phone. I'd definitely recommend working with RV Direction!
This is the place to call if you are looking for quality repairs for your RV. The two technicians that came to my site were friendly, professional and neat. They repaired everything on my list! I will be calling them for all of my RV needs.
