Had to submit this originally review in order to get camper paper work. But let’s just say they are the worst people to buy ans rv through Great customer service. Very friendly staff. **One of the worst purchasing experiences we have ever had.** My husband and I purchased a toy hauler from RV Depot in **March 2025**. We had dreamed of owning a camper for years, and RV Depot made the purchase seem easy. I had such a great experience with RV Depot. Dean was very helpful. Picked out my camper while working in Waco, communicated with Dean via text; arrived for my scheduled pickup time and was in and out in about an hour and half. The entire experience was fantastic! This is an excellent place to purchase your first camper and the entire team will take the best care of you. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their first camper.
Straight run around by Jessica. Had me drive 2 hours to look at two different trailers that weren’t even available.
