Had roughly 5000 dollars of work done. One of the items they worked on was the replacement of a full slide wall topper on a 43 ft coach. The topper is too long, not tight loose and ringled. The worst part is it retains a large amount of water even after retracts which has caused a leak in my coach. Reached out to the owner twice with no response. Offered to send pictures. I will now have to replace it at considerable cost. Stay away from them!

We set up to rent a uhual, uhaul called and confirmed, Fountain RV simply had to set up the mobile pickup but failed to do so. Wasted an hour+ of my time. I had to sit on hold forever with uhual and use a completely different place. Do not rent from them.

Don't let your friends... really, don't. I came around the front of my coach to find the new Service Manager bent over and prying in my radiator bay. He backed away pronto and put his hands in his pockets looking kinda funny. I was suspicious so after he left I looked in the radiator bay but did see a problem. When we headed north for summer travelling the Chasis AC did not cool.
