Kevin, Ashley, Travis and Cody were outstanding. Right from my first contact with Kevin it was a very pleasurable experience. No pressure from sales or Ashley in the business office. Had some custom work to the hauler completed prior to pick up , Cody did an excellent job. All work was done perfectly. (Yes I am fussy). Extremely disappointed with the service here. I brought my Featherlite trailer in to have the door fixed after it was installed incorrectly and kept popping open. A month later, I come to pick it up and the door still pops open — even though it locks now. It took another two hours for them to weld the plate down because the door was bent. On top of that, the trailer had a flat tire with a nail in it… trailer has been at Allan dale for over a month and they were ready to send me on my way like that. We had a great experience trailer shopping with David Cooper. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and not a high-pressure salesman at all. David really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options without ever pushing us toward something that wasn’t the right fit. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping people find what works best for them. Highly recommended!
