Extremely disappointed with the service here. I brought my Featherlite trailer in to have the door fixed after it was installed incorrectly and kept popping open. A month later, I come to pick it up and the door still pops open — even though it locks now. It took another two hours for them to weld the plate down because the door was bent. On top of that, the trailer had a flat tire with a nail in it… trailer has been at Allan dale for over a month and they were ready to send me on my way like that. We had a great experience trailer shopping with David Cooper. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and not a high-pressure salesman at all. David really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options without ever pushing us toward something that wasn’t the right fit. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping people find what works best for them. Highly recommended!

Bought a used trailer in the spring, which is great, and then went to their "show" in St Albert and saw a new trailer we were interested in, called the sales person who sold us our trailer just a few months earlier and they had NO idea who we were. Asked about the trailer we saw at the show and he said he'd get back to us, that was 6 weeks ago, we'll be going somewhere else in the spring to upgrade. They lost a repeat customer, very poor customer service all around.
I was having several issues with my Thor Venetian R40 Motor-coach , some warranty issues and some not warranty issues.
