We are very pleased with the work that we had done on our motorhome at RV Care And Repair. Bogdon kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process of dealing with insurance and doing the repair. He told us when it would be ready, and it was ready a day earlier. And the bodywork that he did looks fantastic!!
After a 900 mile trip from Tennessee pulled into our campground and had no hot water. Our neighbor was having work done on their camper. Asked the employee if they could repair our hot water heater. He had a busy schedule that day but gave us an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time was very efficient and fixed the problem immediately. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous . I will not hesitate to use them again for anything rv.
They were there on time, explained the job he was doing well plus did things that he didn't have to do. he actually explained why the costs were the way they were. Very acceptable charge. Seems like a intelligent young man definitely will be calling him back in the future
We had a great experience they were on time, super fast, and the prices were fair! They are really knowledgeable we even got some advice on an issue that was not part of the original problem with our level system. I would most definitely call them again
