Lifesavers in the Forest I was deep in the forest when my fifth wheel’s jackstands gave out, and the trailer dropped right onto the bed of my truck. Not only was it a scary situation, but I was way out there with barely any services around. I honestly didn’t know what I was going to do. Awesome people! Very professional but at the same time, very down to earth and friendly. They not only did a phenomenal repair, but they did it quick with constant updates, and taught me how to avoid the same mistake in the future. The education piece is priceless. Thank you!!!
I contacted them to see if they could help me with a problem with my generator. They replied promptly and I found out they were away from their shop in Texas instead of at work in Augusta. But they offered some tips to diagnose the problem which proved successful. I really appreciated them taking time from their off time to help me out.
Joe and Charity not only helped us once but twice. Had generator problems and fixed it at our campsite. We later began to hit the road to head home and the generator and ac went out. Well come to find out we had a flat tire with a valve breaking off and ripped up our wiring which was the issue. They came out and fixed what they could and then we had to call for 2 replacement tires with someone else. They are fantastic and honest and RV people themselves. Thankful to have found them. Great couple that work amazing together.
They were a life saver, we had our inverter go out, we called around and nobody could fix it in a timely manner. I called these guys, they came to my house the next day, diagnosed the problem, than helped us install it ourselves. As we had to order the part on line, which came 4 days later. Awesome service, fair price, and very dependable. I will use these guys from now on for all my rv repairs.
