Excellent Service! As I was travelling through, they saw me straight away. However, completely overcharged the time. Actually worked on for 30 minutes with an assistant half the time and charged for an hour and a half labour at top rate. Not impressed with that 😕
Unfortunately they are quite tricky to find, even the employee struggled to give clear instructions. The lady serving was friendly. They had what we needed. Went back 2 days ago, they STILL don't know how to give directions. We explained we're passing through Ballina, we're not from here, her reply was "you know where they play bridge". Again, we're not from here! Didn't have the part this time and really didn't care or offer suggestions of where to go. Probably wouldn't go back again.

Had my van serviced and also requested the batteries and tv Ariel to be checked, also the toilet pump. After 4 weeks they still could not supply the pump. I called 11 times, left several messages and not once did they return a call. I requested details of the pump so I could buy it elsewhere, after 3 days they still hadn’t returned the call to let me know if this was ok and the model number.
