This was my first RV renting experience and Karla and her family made it very easy. The service was absolutely excellent. I needed an RV for that weekend (only a couple days out) and they were able to set me up with a wonderful motorhome. Then when I got stuck in LA traffic on the day I was to pick it up, they delivered the motorhome to my campsite for me and set it up so I could go straight to bed without a worry. We had such a great experience with Karla. She was super helpful with everything and very organized. This trip was for my kids to have before I undergo a medical procedure and Karla seriously made it happen. The RV was clean, in working order and above all our standards. We traveled with 7 ppl and a service dog and we all were comfortable. There was enough space for everyone to hang out and keep cool. We went from LA to Arizona and then back.
