RV Airflow Systems

4.8

About this business

RV Airflow is a specially designed* module that installs into the plenum, the space between the bottom of your air-conditioning unit and the cover plate, that captures 100% of the discharged air and directs it smoothly into your RV’s existing duct work, increasing airflow by an average of 40%. The module is a non-electrical, non-mechanical device. It removes air friction and turbulence which allows your roof mounted air-conditioner to operate at its designed capacity.

Installed the RV Airflow system in our new 2024 Grand Design 362TBS 5th wheel. Our trailer only came with one AC unit & and was prepped for a second unit. Want to try something different before adding the second unit, and I was impressed. The distribution of air now is amazing. Like other reviews have mentioned, after installing, there was severe debris coming out of our vents from when it was built. Simple but well engineered product. Thanks again.

Just had the most amazing support from Kathrin (I think was her name) and Art from RV Airflow system. We had this system pre-installed from Grand Design. We have been very happy with our A/C air flow. Now all of a sudden we experienced leaking through the A/C unit when it rains. After searching on the internet, I contacted RV Airflow directly to see if I can remove the diverter to locate the leak. Art showed me exactly how to check and fix this issue. And this was not a diverter issue. As it turns out, our bolts that compres... read more

This is single-handedly the greatest modification I’ve made to my 28 foot Jayco travel trailer. I was getting hardly any air through the ceiling vents in the master bedroom until I installed this. Now, it is getting enough air to cool the entire room down. Seriously the best upgrade I’ve ever made. Thank you guys. I’m

WOW… what a huge difference in air volume and quality. I was having to run both my units full time during the day just to keep my RV at 78° during the Florida summer heat. Now I just run the rear FreshJet 15k and the unit stays cool all day. Cut my power bill in half. SUPER customer service. I had some wires running through my front penguin unit and they custom made a wire channel and had SUPER fast shipping. HIGHLY Recommended!!

Just installed RV airflow on my 2022 keystone avalanche 322RL. Took a wind speed reading before install at closest vent and it was 8.7 mph and 7.8 mph at the furthest. After install has 13.5 mph at the closest and 9.7mph at the furthest. Install was chimp simple with very clear instructions. Another great benefit is how quiet the ac is now. Didn't have a decibel meter but it definitely cut the noise in half.
