DR. TOUSSI IS A AMAZING DOCTOR AND TREATS ME WITH GREAT CARE AND UNDERSTANDING, HOWEVER I CAN'T SEEM TO GET ANYTHING HAPPENING AFTER MY VISIT WHEN IT COMES TO SCHEDULING FOLLOW-UPS AND MAKING NECESSARY APPOINTMENTS. MY HEALTH IS DETERIORATING AT A RAPID SPEED ONLY I CANT SEEM TO GET ANYONE TO SCHEDULE ME LIKE IT MATTERS. DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE STAFF SEEMS TO NOT CARE ABOUT HOW I FEEL. DR. TOUSSI CAN'T HANDLE EVERYTHING HIMSELF.
I would have to say, he listens to you. He is a man that seems like he takes his job serious and honestly wants to help people. Doctors like that I respect over doctors that care about the money and not the well being of there patients. So sir, thank you for taking time out of your day and busy life to evaluate my back and neck and help me go in the right direction. Thanks for not b/s me.
