The worst experience with a “dentist” - Dr. Ruvo agreed to change my silver (amalgam) filling to a white (composite) filling on molar #14 and made several huge mistakes. She left a portion of the tooth exposed and she also placed the filling in a way that a portion of it was protruding into the gums next to the tooth. I knew something was wrong because I could feel the filling when I bit down. Poor! Don't belive the glorious reviews about Dr. Janice Ruvo. My family had been going to the Ruvo Dental Practice for years. I decided to continue to go with Dr. Jan when her father retired. I stopped going to her practice when my insurance changed. My new dentist said Dr. Jan did not take off enough of the fillings on both sides of my mouth before putting the crowns on.
