I was referred to Dr Rutzen by my regular eye doctor for treatment of a viral eye infection 2 years ago, have seen him for numerous visits, and recommend him without hesitation. He is one of the finest, most thorough and compassionate doctors I have ever encountered; his staff is professional and welcoming; and the offices and waiting area are bright, spotless, pleasant spaces.
Dr Rutzen’s office is the most pleasant & welcoming practice I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. Every person on his staff is thoughtful & helpful in every way possible. Patient comfort is such a priority, they have a coffee & tea bar along with ice cold bottled water - and Hershey Kisses! :) Dr Rutzen’s expertise is beyond measure - along with his calm & gentle, reassuring manner. He has performed two flawless laser procedures on my left eye; cataract & non-pressure glaucoma. A++
Very professional and knowledgeable . He explained everything very well The eye surgery went exactly as he said it would. The staff was the best I have seen in a long time. Friendly and helpful ????
