Always fun to listen to music on the patio and enjoy the views.
Seeing the lodge and cabins decline over the years has been a disappointment as I come back over the years. Understandable after a major storm but keeping guests in a cabin that still has damage is a huge risk to your credibility. We stayed in the cedar cabin and the floors were very moist, and the room was not clean. I didn’t see much supervision in regards to management and a lot of young adults running the building. This place needs an update. TV doesn’t work. No hooks or bars in the bathroom. Hang towels over the door? Can’t work out because they open late can’t eat breakfast cause they don’t open till 8:00 AM so if you’re a morning person, don’t come here at all. The food was not good. Eat out.
We drove up for lunch on the deck. The food was delicious, and our view of the lake was perfect. The wait staff were very friendly.
