Pretty impressed, nice rooms,updated lighting,carpeting. Has a old world charm. We were in the main lodge overlooking the lake Did eat on the patio good service food was surprisingly tasty

This is a quaint resort. The cabin didn't have a fireplace as I was told when booking. The cabin had the basic necessities but is quite outdated. The continental breakfast had cold cereal, toast, and yogurt - not robust. Our supper in the restaurant was good and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall, I think the resort was overpriced for what it had to offer. Our neighbors sat outside our bedroom laughing and talking until 2:20 a.m. so we couldn't sleep. Outdated room, disgusting bathroom, and a strong musty/moldy smell that gave me a headache. Asked to switch rooms. The view is nice, but overall I’d rather stay at a Super 8 than come back here.

We booked a room here and were very disappointed. The place is old and badly outdated. The bathroom was disgusting, with a strong musty, moldy smell that hit us as soon as we walked in. The odor was so strong it actually gave me a sore throat. I asked to switch rooms because it was unbearable. Yes, the hotel has a great view, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. We had dinner there. We didn't stay in the lodge. The food and service were very good. We were in a group of 47 people and had pre-ordered our meals. Highly recommend.
