The store is unclean, equipment always out of commission, slow service, disrespectful staff. One of the worst Rutters locations.

Been a loyal customer for years. The restaurant manager is extremely rude and standoffish to me as a customer. All the other workers and employees seem decent, I'm annoyed with this one.
Being a neighbor to store #65, I have been emailing complaints for months thru your website contact form regarding the trucks that sit in your parking lot constantly running! Currently I have received absolutely no reply or acknowledgment of these complaints I have been making on a weekly basis. I am currently sitting outside on my patio & a truck has been running for HOURS!
