I’m not a confrontational person at all, but I went in there on June 9th and I went to check out. I had maybe 3-4 things: Gatorade and a car freshener. I was sick and accidentally left my window open overnight trying to get home fast. I sat my things on the counter. I’m a short person. I’m 5’0”. I bought an $19 bag of beef jerky on my way to work today, 4/29/2025. It expired in January and is rancid. I just tried to call the store three times to see if I can get my money back and they don’t even answer their phone. Disputing the charges with my card company. Awful awful experience.

The store is unclean, equipment always out of commission, slow service, disrespectful staff. One of the worst Rutters locations.
