Bathrooms were clean and the blueberry muffin was excellent. The cashiers were so engrossed in gossip they didn't say hi and when I said have a nice day they didnt even respond. Not one employee acknowledged me or my teammate. First time at a Rutter's, very disappointed.
The staff did an amazing job accommodating 50 people coming off a bus with large appetites. Food was fresh and prepared quickly. The whole staff worked together to complete orders. Well done Rutters.
