Headed on 9 East decided to stop for some drinks and snacks. Stood in the checkout line like 7 minutes while the employees were fooling with the card readers. No communication to any of us standing line about the situation. Took the other checker like 4 minutes to handle the sale of 1 carton of cigarettes. They all seemed hyper focused on the machine issue and oblivious of the growing queue. I put my stuff down and left. Oh and then upon exiting you can't get back on 9 East from the main exit/entrance.
