This doctor may be fine for uncomplicated medical problems, however, beware if you have any underlying diseases. My father's diabetes was poorly managed to say the least and when he had tests indicating blockages in the blood vessels to his heart (tests that she refused to refer him for) she put him on pills (he is only 69yr old) instead of properly referring him to a cardiologist. Dr. Susan is a wonderful doctor. She listens to the symptoms and explains the problem along with the cure. She goes as far as showing patients charts and diagrams in her medical books to more easily explain the situation. She is what is needed in the medical community. Talk about great health care!
The best doctor I have ever gone to. Reminds me of what doctors used to be like. I feel like a person when I go to her not a number in some computerized chart. She spends time with her patient and actually listens. She never makes me feel stupid and I feel like I can ask her anything. I like using alternatives to perscriptions and she is open to that but won't hesitate to write a script if she feels that is the best course. Dr Wasson is very knowledgeable and good at listening. She gives you options other than just handing out pills but doesn't hesitate to write a prescription if that is what is needed. It is also possible to get an appointment the same day if you need to.
