WWII veteran Charles 'Rut' Randall and his wife, Doris, started Rut's in a very modest warehouse building in East St. Louis, Il. We are a military family and they stole $1600 worth of my husbands Jordan’s. They left without letting us watch them seal the last crate and without letting us know they were leaving. It’s an absolute shame the employees they have at this company.
They STEAL!!! dont use them. THEY STOLE over $5000 worth of goods from us!
they come high smelling like weed . they broke more stuff then they moved. they owe us money now . D.O.T. NEEDS TO PISS TEST THEM !!!!! and do a dot inspection
Don’t use this company! Their movers stole our fire stick after they taped the container shut. They then purchased apps etc with our fire stick. Stay away from this company and their sticky fingers. They put random pieces of plastic and wires in the fire stick box to make it like it was in there.
HORRIBLE! Do not use this company for your moving needs. We used them for a move from Belleville to Alabama and they DESTROYED our furniture. Our dining room chairs we thrown into a crate, unwrapped and loose. Needless to say, all of our dining room chairs were damaged beyond repair. Items that were wrapped were done so carelessly.
