The lady at the desk was very rude and before I could even get out a whole sentence asking about an apartment she told me they have a year waiting list but didn’t even ask if I wanted to be put on it. Unprofessional.
RecommendedI was one of the first Residents to move here and I’ve stayed! We have a fantastic manager and some really good residents! Most complaints on this page stem from a period where there was no manager or they are from residents upset because they did not get their way. All in All I love living here. We stay full all the time and usually have a considerable waiting list. Rutledge Place has been a great place to live!
Under the first manager great, after that downward spiral fast. Had to deal with criminals wearing ankle bracelets, cock roaches and needles in the driveway. Yet they want a background check on YOU or turn others away because of a background check. (crazy but true) Lease is up and I be out the door. Shame because there are some real good people. I love my apartment in I truly am blessed to live here good friends family
I've tried to get ahold of them for a couple weeks myself will actually more than a couple weeks single parent with a 15 year old needing a place to live and no one would return my calls no emails either that's really sad
