Excellent store
Took my ring in to have claws done and dipped. Got it back in terrible condition. They took it again and fixed it. Three weeks later and I’m loosing diamonds on my ring. Not happy at all! *update* Scott called me personally to let me know the ring was done. Then proceeded to ask/intimidate me to remove the bad review saying his staff members are super upset. Love this small town jewellery store with big heart! From a few custom pieces - including a special necklace gifted to our son at our wedding, and two more recent wish list items that Agnes knew I was on the hunt for and secured for me - the customer service is exceptional.
