I have been going for 13 years with Pongo, they have a very professional staff. Fair prices and always available when you need them!
I brought my dog in with a UTI so he was already not feeling good. The vets there ended up putting him on antibiotics for two weeks but they also gave him his shots which they shouldn’t have done with my dog being sick already. Due to this my dog ended up in the emergency vet because of their screw up. He’s lethargic. Has a bad rash all over his belly. Won’t eat. Won’t drink. Can barely stand. And I am livid. I wish I could leave a positive review but I cannot do that. I had been bringing my cat here since he was 12 weeks old and was never overly impressed with the bedside manners of either vet. Recently, I brought my kitty in as he had a significant medical issue which ended up landing us at Tufts for 3 days then another 4 days within the same week. Both Dr. K and Dr. Chapman have treated my animals. They have been compassionate, professional and kind.
Dr Chapman is the best! Very busy, but still makes time to help me and my pup through hard times. Practical and tells it like it is.
Dr chapman is so rude. No bedside manner whatsoever. Had an awful experience with her. All the others working there are fantastic. Its a shame Dr. Chapman is the way she is or else i wouldnt have changed vets.
