Rutland was great! However, the staff would not return phone calls nor could they ever manage to put the prescription through correctly. I had been on a monthly preventative prescription for years (previous Neurologist that retired). But, they never could get it approved for some reason. I talked to my insurance provider and they said it was not put through correctly Rutland’s staff. As a result of their lack of follow through, I went without my monthly prescription for over a year. If I could give this clinic a zero I would. I was referred by my PCM (tricare). It took months for me to get a call back to even get scheduled after I called and left messages multiple times. I finally get an appointment, have preventative migraine meds prescribed and an MRI ordered…however when I went to pick up the meds they were never sent to the pharmacy and the nurse told me at my appointment (Monday) to call Wednesday to get my MRI order emailed so I could take it to BACH….that was last week. This clinic is a joke. They NEVER answer their phone and when they do they promise to call you back. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now for them to call me back. Don’t waste your time with them!
