I was recently seen in the emergency department for an illness and both the PA, PA student, and nurse were fantastic. RRMC is a very modern facility with very knowledgeable staff. Honestly, I feel like they deserve a lot more credit then they get since this isn't an experience that you can get at every emergency department.
There is a meal allowance for use in the cafeteria, patients staying in Target House (apartments) get a weekly grocery card to offset expenses. They provide transportation to and from all of their facilities.
I have experienced great quality of care and exceptional customer service every time I have come in contact with this hospital.
Wish I could give more stars. Excellent, awesome, top notch emergency room. My doc and RN were both amazing. There 2 day ago for bike injury. Not my first time there, always great.
