Disappointing, you can go for your appointment and expect long wait times before you see Dr Shue. That is understandabke. However, suggestions will be made and even products ordered for you....but don't expect delivery when stated or return phone calls regarding any concerns you may have regarding labs or long overdue orders because they don't call back. I feel it is lacking compassion and ethics to not respond to your patients diabetic concerns. No on should have to wait 3 + weeks for a call back!
