I’m an Indigenous woman, and I felt genuinely welcomed at Rutland Community Clinic. The staff were friendly, down‑to‑earth, and super quick to help. The doctor actually listened, explained things clearly, and pointed me toward the right resources without making anything feel rushed. It’s one of the few clinics where I walked out feeling cared for instead of brushed off. I really appreciate the way they treat people here.

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk girl. The person who answered the phone was unfriendly and seemed impatient throughout the conversation. It made the interaction feel uncomfortable. I hope the clinic can improve their customer service moving forward.
Very accommodating.. Doctor Amar and staff are very friendly and helpful.. Strongly recommend for those who need family doctor.. Thumbs up and Kudos..
