I recently purchased a used Volkswagen from your dealership and met with a salesman who seemed polite and helpful. The car was exceptional and I let the salesman know that I am a loyal VW owner, my last 5 vehicles were VW's, that I am a senior and a veteran, AND willing to pay cash. I expected some consideration with the price, but after two trips to the sales manager, the salesman returned with an abrupt No. The manager came out and said he could not be flexible with the price.
