There ia a Customer Service person there that answers the Phones whom's First initial of her first name is (L)! whom I want to tell you is certainly NO! Asset to you there at Rutland Vet! I was on Hold Forever on March 3, 2025 to speak to (L) to make a payment & after being on Hold! for at least 20 Minutes the first thing she said to me was I will not talk to you if you are going to be (Rude) to me & then went on to say that I could have given my payment to anyone & that I CHOSE? to wait for her!
