Dr. Ruthven is a first class doctor with vast experience. I consider him to be the absolute finest dentist I have ever encountered and I have been to many with many dental problems. No other doctor I have seen comes near to his level of competency and skill. To top it all off he is compassionate and kind. I 100% guarantee that you cannot do better than this man. This is what other doctors should aspire to become. I am just one of his very grateful patients.
