We typically love Ruth's but of late it has shown signs of decline. Our food was not as good this time and our server did not seem knowledgeable on the soups of the day. Service was a bit slow and non-attentive. Drink refills were not offered, and no mention of the desert offerings that day. Note that this was after 1pm and this was not typical of our past experiences.
I loved the great service, reasonable price, and atmosphere!
There so called "grilled bagel" is a uncooked bagel pulled out of a bag thrown on a plate with a hand full of dry mixed greens thrown on top lol what? trash and lazy dish unbelievable.
