Awful and Very Rude Owner I used Ruth's flowers to send my husband birthday flowers. I showed the employee a picture of the flower arrangement that I wanted them to send. They delivered YELLOW ROSES to my husband and it didn't look like my picture. I was very dissatified with the flowers and returned them the next morning. A nice neighborhood florist They have a wonderful designer there. I have seen alot of her work and she is very good. She will cater to your needs and make your flowers memorable.
