Awful and Very Rude Owner I used Ruth's flowers to send my husband birthday flowers. I showed the employee a picture of the flower arrangement that I wanted them to send. They delivered YELLOW ROSES to my husband and it didn't look like my picture. I was very dissatified with the flowers and returned them the next morning. The employees informed me that the owner would call me. I spoke to the owner the next day and she was VERY rude to me.
