Above and beyond service on every level! Went to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted by every staff member with an anniversary greeting. My experience was not a pleasant one. We went to celebrate a birthday and it was our 1st time there. Our steaks were charred and completely raw inside. Not rare but raw. We sent them back and the steaks came back more charred. The sides and salad was fantastic. The wine was awesome, top notch, but the steak was all charred and that's what we're went for. Used to rave about Ruth Chris. Their prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Don't think I'd be going back.
The service is impeccable and the food is outstanding. We have never had a disappointing dish. The bone-in filet is my husband's favorite but had a 12 oz ribeye during our last visit. I had the stuffed chicken and was extremely pleased. AWESOME! Stephanie was a great server!
