Really enjoyed our dinner and the Sangiovese wine!
I usually go to a Ruth's at least once a month... Three weeks ago I was showing a friend around and decided to go in a Friday night! It was super slow in the whole restaurant and our steaks both overcooked! I sent mine back and it came out perfect, but I did NOT come there to eat my sides separately from the steak! Our steaks/bill were NOT comped! I wrote in to corporate to get a phone call 2 weeks later that I missed with no call back nor follow up! I definitely will spend my money elsewhere!
