If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service experience in a salon and I didn't even make it in the door. I recently moved and was researching salons and stumbled across them. Because they're a good 30 mins from my house I decided to call and inquiry about services before wasting my gas. A lady answered and I greeted her and started to ask a question, midway through my sentence she huffed and handed the phone to someone (who understood English better I guess).I let it go. This was the worst Dominican salon I ever went to. I waited over an hour to get my hair done after she wet my hair she tell me its going to be a lot more then she got rude and nasty about the price. I walked out with my hair wet and went to another salon with on issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a horrible experience. Ruth did my hair and she was extremely rough. She had a bad attitude and blamed me when my roller set came out frizzy. If you expect great customer service and someone who actually knows how to do hair, then don't come to Ruth's Beauty Salon.
