We tried this place twice, and after the 2nd time, decided it wasn't worth any more attempts. The chips and salsa were so-so, the main meals were so-so. Nothing specific, but we just felt that the numerous restaurants on or near Mason Road are a much better option.

reasomable food, decent prices – I like the pork enchiladas verdes. Carnita style pork in a green sauce enchilada with a radish slaw. Very good. Other items are standard Tex-Mex fare, nothing to shout about.
Average Mexican Food at Best – We went there at lunch during the week and the food was ok, not the best not the worst. The service was ok.... when the waiter could understand us (no english). For the most part I would have to be in the area to eat there again. No special trip just for Ruthies.
for the best Mexican food outside of Mexico Ruthies is the best Tex-Mex place around. The food portions are large, and delicious. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The place is always packed with regulars and the specials change often to mix things up. This is also the BEST place to go for a birthday...if you like whipcream on your nose.
It's ok With so many good mexican places around, it is really hard to compete. Ruthie's is good. If we had nothing else we would probably think it was fantastic. The food is fine, but to me the prices are a little high. the restaurant is nice, it is clean, the wait staff is friendly. Don't expect to be blown away by the food.
