I went to go see her for the first time and she seemed nice at first. She rushed through her material, which is understandable because she's been doing this job for such a long time. However, I'm a new client and I am new to all of this! She needs to slow down and put some compassion back into her work. Also she can be very rude at times and her attitude is something she should definitely work on. Other than that, this facility and general staff are very professional!
