Oh my goodness, it was a big mistake moving into Stone Ridge Estates. About a week after I moved in I began smelling a moldy stink and tried to clear the air with air freshener. No help and then a couple weeks after that a dark growth began showing up on my baseboard walls right near the heating and cooling unit in my apartment. If you like an unfair landlord that stays in your business, this is the place for you. It's really a shame because these are beautiful units. I advise the owner to choose management wisely.
My 2 kids and I moved in and moved right out because every step my neighbor makes, every sound they make sounds like its in my apartment. The apartments are large and spacious but no one should have to live with the noise level we lived in. I can't say anymore than that.
