The housekeeper at Rutherford regional, Sandra, that came in my dad’s room was the best housekeeper I have ever seen. She took great pride in her work and she was very nice and accommodating and offered to get him anything that he needed. Five stars.
This woman named Sandra was amazing she made sure my father in laws foom was clean and nest .she made sure he didn't need anything and if he did she would get it
My recent stay in the hospital back in July actually saved my life if you ask me. I had mental health issues that i was unaware of & the amazing nurses & staff here truly put in the work daily to make a change! People like Robin, Alicia, and up to Marlon are changing lives! Within a couple of months Im now back working a salary position job where I also get to save lives ! Thank you🫶
Took my daughter here bc she was clearly dehydrated and in pain Wednesday and they got her blood work and urine mixed up and almost treated her for no sodium before discharging her for something the obgyn diagnosed her with which was not the underlying problem. Did an ultrasound and never sent it to the referred doctor. Never gave her fluids or anything and then called her 3 days later wanting to give her an antibiotic for a healthy bacteria found in everyone’s urine. And never saw an actual doctor only an NP. Lab work and out patient services were perfect! Great experience with the phlebotomist and registration team! Keep up the great work. So proud of this community hospital.
